contemporary printmaking

I take time to create each plate by hand, using a range of tools and materials. I then ink it up, and  run it through my etching press, hand cranking it onto pre dampened paper. The whole process can take several hours to complete.

When you buy one of my original prints, it's a one-off and can never be repeated, and if a monoprint contains a botanical element, the plant itself is pressed (sometimes for weeks) before committing to print.
